One business, two kinds of customer.
Our first client runs driver training and also helps people with employment permits. Both services were sharing one website that had fallen behind. The project came through a personal introduction.
The starting point
Course customers needed a clear way to see what was on offer and book a place. The existing booking path didn’t make that easy.
Course dates change often, and the owner needed to update them without waiting on anyone.
The employment-permit work serves a different customer with different questions, and it had no proper home of its own.
Our approach
Refresh the training website and fix the course-booking path.
Give the owner a simple way to change course dates.
Build a separate, linked website for permit services, so each customer finds the right information quickly.
We’ll add the finished website and what changed for the business once the work is complete.
Until the client approves what we share, we’re keeping their name and screenshots private.
